BACKGROUND:
As Managing Editor of the Utne Award-winning "Green Guide" consumer newsletter from 1992-2000 (now National Geographic's Green Guide), I researched and wrote biweekly articles about environmental issues and how they impact our health. Now that I practice acupuncture, I am dedicated to helping people attain their best health through Chinese medical therapies. Get Healthy, Feel Great, Look Your Best!

I am a graduate of Dongguk Royal University in Los Angeles (M.S. in Asian Medicine) and the University of California, Berkeley (B.A.).

I'm also fluent in Spanish, having completed several intensive language courses over the past ten years in Spain, Mexico, Cuba and Argentina.
